Aarvaks Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. — 729 Dwight Way, Berkeley, CA 94710
Last updated: May 2026

This policy describes what information Aarvaks collects when you visit this website, how we use it, and your rights as a California resident under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

1. What Information We Collect

We collect information only through two channels: a booking form on this website, and contact by email.

Booking form. When you submit a service request through our online booking form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the type of service you’re requesting, and any message you include. This information is stored in our WordPress database in a table used exclusively for service request records.

Email correspondence. If you email us directly at service@aarvaks.com, we retain that correspondence for service coordination purposes.

We do not collect payment information on this website. No credit card numbers, bank account data, or billing details pass through or are stored here.

2. How We Use It

Booking form submissions are used solely to respond to your service request. We do not use your contact information for marketing lists, newsletters, or any purpose unrelated to the service you requested.

Email correspondence is retained for service coordination and follow-up only.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties. No information collected through this website is provided to data brokers, advertising networks, or affiliate marketing services.

3. Cookies and Analytics

WordPress session cookies. This website sets standard WordPress session cookies necessary for the site to function. These cookies do not track you across other websites and contain no personal information.

Google Analytics (via Site Kit). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, session duration, and how visitors arrive at the site. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated. We do not use it to identify individual visitors. Google Analytics data is governed by Google’s own privacy policy and terms of service.

Google Search Console (via Site Kit). We use Google Search Console to monitor how this site appears in Google search results. Search Console data is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

We do not use marketing cookies, advertising pixels, retargeting trackers, or any third-party tracking code beyond the Google services listed above.

4. Data Retention

Booking form submissions are retained in our database for as long as they are needed to manage service relationships and resolve any service disputes. We do not have a fixed deletion schedule, but records are not kept indefinitely. You may request deletion of your record at any time (see Section 7).

Email correspondence is retained for the duration of the service relationship and a reasonable period after.

Google Analytics and Search Console data is retained according to Google’s standard data retention settings and policies.

5. Third-Party Services

This website connects to the following third-party services:

Google Analytics 4 — measures site traffic and user behavior in aggregate. Data is processed by Google LLC under its Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Search Console — monitors search performance. Data is processed by Google LLC under the same privacy policy.

No other third-party services receive data from this website.

6. California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information.

Right to know. You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the business purpose for collecting it, and whether it has been disclosed to any third parties.

Right to delete. You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law.

Right to opt out of sale. You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Aarvaks does not sell personal information. We have no sale to opt out of.

Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Exercising these rights will not affect your ability to receive service from Aarvaks.

To make a request under any of the rights above, contact us at service@aarvaks.com. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a deletion or disclosure request.
