Furnace Replacement with Upgraded Air Filtration in Kensington, CA

Our customer wanted to improve their heating efficiency and improve the air quality in their home due to health issues. The solution was a new Carrier Infinity Modulating Heat system, new ductwork, an IQ Air with a Merv 16 filter and an Aprilaire ventilator.

Their heater was installed in 1970 and had asbestos ductwork. Both its inefficiency and intermittent operation were a continual problem. The new Carrier Infinity Modulating Heat system and new ductwork would easily address these issues.

Our challenge was to customize the controls to address his desire for remote control over both the ventilator and the IQ air purifier.

Our creative solution worked perfectly. Now the customer has double the efficiency on his heating system and much improved indoor air quality. He can also program and control the air filtration as he wishes.
