A church’s sanctuary hadn’t been warm in years even when it was turned on manually hours before service. Our solution was to install a new twinned 2 stage performance 96 furnaces with Merv 13 filtration and an Ecobee Wifi programmable thermostat with remote sensors.

Amazingly, the Church’s old furnace had been working since the 1940’s but it was inefficient and unreliable. By installing a more energy-efficient furnace, their sanctuary is now warm for the first time in years. And, the savings on their utility bill has been substantial!

In addition, to solve the inconvenience of someone having to manually turn up the heat when needed, we customized the sensors so the Church can remotely operate the system.

With their new Ecobee Wifi programmable thermostat with customized remote sensors, the Church can remotely start warming areas before meetings, program the furnace to start up automatically before services and even run a fan to clean air on smoky days.
