Two Zoned Heating and Air Conditioning System in Oakland, CA

Our customer wanted a new heating and AC system with 2 zones that wasn’t as noisy as his old system. The answer was a Carrier Infinity Modulating HVAC 2 zone system with customized close looped ductwork.

His 27 year old one furnace was inefficient, rattled incisively and his ductwork was severely damaged. In addition, he could not control the temperatures of his two levels.

As part of the project, we custom designed a closed loop ductwork system that drastically reduced noise and provided efficient airflow throughout the entire home.

Now, he has the versatility to control the temperature on either level of his home with heat and air conditioning, the noise levels are drastically reduced, and the improved efficiency saves him money.
